Training Course Policy

Thank you for choosing to train with By Arisa! We’re excited to support you on your journey into the lash industry. Please read the following policies carefully before securing your place. These terms are in place to ensure a smooth, professional, and fair experience for all students. By enrolling on our lash training course, you confirm that you understand and agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Business Information

  • A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £150 is required to secure your place on the course.

  • The remaining balance must be paid on the day of training, by cash or bank transfer only unless you have arranged the course on a payment plan.

  • Failure to pay the balance may result in your space being released.

 
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • Students may reschedule once with a minimum of 14 days’ notice.

  • Requests made with less than 14 days’ notice may result in loss of the deposit.

  • If you fail to attend your course without notice, the full course fee will be forfeited.

 
3. Eligibility

  • Students must be 18 years or older.

  • No prior experience is required unless stated for advanced courses.

  • Students must have a good understanding of spoken English to ensure safe practice.

 
4. Kit & Products

  • A professional lash kit will be provided inclusive of the course fee on the day of training unless otherwise stated.

  • Kits are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once opened.

  • Any replacement or additional supplies will be at the student’s expense.

 
5. Models

  • Students may be required to provide their own model. Model requirements will be sent before the course date.

  • Models must arrive on time and be suitable for treatment (no contraindications).

  • If a model does not attend, practice may need to be completed on a mannequin head.

 
6. Certification

  • Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course and demonstration of safe working practices.

  • Trainers reserve the right to withhold certification if required standards are not met.

 
8. Health & Safety

  • Students must follow all hygiene and safety protocols taught during training.

  • Appropriate professional behaviour is expected at all times.

 
9. Insurance

  • It is the student’s responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance before carrying out treatments on paying clients.

 
10. Photography & Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during training for marketing purposes.

  • Please inform the trainer in advance if you do not wish to be featured.

 
11. Liability

  • The training academy is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Students are responsible for working within their scope of practice after certification.

By booking a lash training course with By Arisa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
